My Wordpress site has been on Google Cloud for 6 weeks. There is very little traffic to my site. But my CPU Utilization keeps rising. Is this normal?

There are many factors that can cause the CPU utilization to rise, but in order to know what the cause is, we need to investigate the issue further by checking the logs and by checking the instance internally.
