I am deploying to Google App Engine from (Windows 10) Eclipse (w. GAE plugin). All's well with deployment. But is there a way to browse the deployed code from one of the Google dashboards?  e.g., to view the project /war directory, see the html, jpg, and css files, in their places in the deployment tree, and so on? What am i missing? (i've not configured pipes or continuous deployment.. I am deploying from Eclipse project only).
Thank you.

You're not missing anything, other than perhaps the expectation that this feature exists when using the Eclipse plugin only to deploy a Java application.

The source browser is a feature of Cloud Source Repositories, so it requires that you set up a repo and have the Google Cloud SDK installed (so you have access to the 'gcloud' command). Details are in the Source Repository docs section Using the Source Browser, and more concise instructions are also given in the Quickstart for Stackdriver Debugger (which is another great feature that uses source repos).
