How to separate GCP and another hosting

I have got hosting where my data stores but my WordPress website works on GCP. How I can set it up that my GCP WordPress website use the data from another hosting?

Do you actually use CloudSQL to access your data? In that case you may have a look at the information in the "Connecting MySQL Client from Compute Engine" online document.

From GCP or from the flexible environment, you can also choose from a variety of third-party databases to use with your WordPress. More details on the "Using Third-Party Databases" page. You can connect using IP addresses or the Cloud SQL Proxy. How do you prefer connecting to your third-party database, in this case?
