I'm not very fluent in the dynamics of domains and SSL lately

However the issue seems to be the naked domain, imho, can you access https://www.domain.com? 

Unfortunately you need to manually redirect the naked domain to a subdomain yourself somehow (I use CloudFlare just for these simple issues)
