Sampling with GA Premium?

Annoyingly simple question but had quick Google and couldn't confirm.

If I upgrade to GA Premium, will it also avoid sampling with this Google Sheets add-on?   

  Or is that just if you use the API yourself.

The add-on uses the API via the same mechanism any other developer could, so it's subject to all the normal sampling constraints.

There will be sampling if the requested dataset is large enough.
