Decimal Places are Suddenly in the Wrong Place in My Google Sheets

Hi

I have a set of Google Sheets reports that power a dashboard giving me an automatic view of internal search activity on a website. This has been working very well for over a year but in the last few weeks I have noticed that the percentages in some of my reports are wrong - essentially the decimal places are in the wrong place.

For example

One report uses ga:percentSessionsWithSearch to look back 30 days. In the report the 'results breakdown' values are correct but the percentage value under 'Total for All Results' is not - it displays as 203.31% when it should be 2.03% The cells are formatted as percentages and not numbers.

I cannot find anyway to fix this anywhere. I can manually move the decimal place in the cell but when the report is run again the problem re-occurs.

Also, I can see no way of knowing how Google is actually getting this figure - what formula and data it is using.

Any help would be appreciated. It is driving me mad.

Many thanks

Ian

I believe this is the same issue as reported here:

The fix is in, I'm just waiting for the new version to be released. You should see the fix soon.

Hi,

I have the new version of the add on but I am still experiencing a similar issue.
In my reports for the ga:goalXXConversionRate metric both the 'Results Breakdown' and 'Totals For All Results' values are incorrect, it displays 227.54% when it should be 2.27%.
This issue is only for this metric, for ecommerce conversion rate it is displayed correctly, I attached a screen shot.
Any advice on how to fix this issue would be highly appreciated.

Thank you

Thanks, this helped me track down the issue. Metrics with a templated name containing XX but with a used value of something else (e.g. ga:goal1ConversionRate vs. ga:goalXXConversionRate) weren't having their data types converted because the names weren't matching.

This should be fixed in version 77. Let me know if you're still seeing issues.

No, I don't see the issue anymore, it is fixed.

Thank you

It's now 2022 and I've just experienced this issue. I'm importing a 2 digit number i.e. "85" and that should also be formatted with a % sign but then is show up as "8500,00%"
