Google search api for commercial application - license or terms of use

In order to use Google search results in our
commercial application. Can we use direct query such as ‘www.google.co.in/search?=’
and use the results in our application?
If not Where can we find
the page to buy Google search API license?
Application typical usage: Get top 10 results from Google for our custom queries. Only around a 100 queries are submitted a day.
Any clarification is much appreciated
