Filling out AdWords API form

I'm filling AdWords API form.

There are questions like - Thoroughly describe the functionality and design of your API tool 

I'm mixed by the following question - Upload screenshots and/or design documentation of your tool. *

What should I upload and where can I get this info? Where do I have to look for it?
