Encoding issue :: Google RSS API for Hindi Language

Hello,
I have been developing an application on jquery mobile ( no PHP / no Server side language). It is trying to fetch hindi language data using Google RSS API but google rss api returns only symbols (मोदी की रैली से पहले उन पर दिलà¥)
I have tried encoding it but somehow it didn't work. I also tried it on the browser which supports UTF-8 but still it does not return proper characters. I dont know if there are any other parameters which needs to pass to get correctly encoded data. Please help me to resolve this.
