Google images search in data:image/png;base64 format

I want to submit an image data using data:image/png;base64 format to Google images then redirect the user to Google images result.

To clarify, are you wanting to send Google an image and receive back images that are similar? If that's the case, then you're out of luck. The Image Search API does not support that, and I'm pretty sure the Custom Search API won't do it either.
