JsApi script unsafe error

I am trying to include the transliterate api in my webpage. So I have referred the sample and did setup in my site. I used the below sample script as it is:
The above sample has script reference to <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.google.com/jsapi">. But when I try to use I get the attached warning to load unsafe script. How to avoid that please.

This sounds like an error which is typically generated when trying to include scripts on a Google Sites page. If this is what you're trying to do, you're up a creek. Google Sites does not allow any JS outside of a small library of gadgets.

No I am not using it in google site. this something you get when you click this. Even it belongs to google.
