Incorrect content-type in js's response header

Step to reproduce is simple:

$ curl -s -I https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js | grep Content-Type:

Content-Type: text/javascript; charset=UTF-8

It should be application/javascript, not text/javascript.

text/javascript is outdated according to RFC.

All browsers work well, but some application like phantomjs was broke by this issue.

All google's server looks like changed this week.
