Hi, it is possible to use https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/images?v=1.0&q= to search for a similar image from a URL instead from search for a text string? And only get the results in a specific domain with inurl.

Thanks!

In theory, yes, you can. However, there are two very important things you need to know. The first is that the (AJAX) Image Search API (i.e., the service you're wanting to use) has been deprecated and is slated to be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, the Custom Search API doesn't really do what you're wanting to do. And the second is that the using advanced operators such as inurl: can result in some rather unpredictable results with the API.
