Trouble with google image search api

I am trying to access google image search api from my android application but I keep on getting this: {"responseData": null, "responseDetails": "Suspected Terms of Service Abuse. Please see http://code.google.com/apis/errors", "responseStatus": 403}

Can someone please help me resolve this.

You know, there are a number of reasons the API could be returning this. First, you could be issuing too many requests in a short period of time. Second, you may not be including an API key or a userip parameter. And third, your request may be malformed in some way.

Regardless of the cause, I would strongly recommend migrating away from the Image Search API. It is now several months past its turn down date, so it should be considered entirely unreliable, even if the service is still running.
