thanks for the report. I can't reproduce this, it works fine for me.
I tried to open this URL:
https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.2.1/jquery.min.js
Maybe a problem with your internet connection?
Which URL were you trying to open? What error message did you get?
