Not Working API with dot symbol of stock

Hello sir,

i am working on this api for stock

Example 1 :- "https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/news?v=1.0&q=YOJ.F stock"

When i use this kind of stock symbol that contain dot(.) in stock symbol (Example 1) its not gives result for the news

but without dot its working (Example 2)

Example 2 :- "https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/services/search/news?v=1.0&q=YAHOO stock"

Please give me reply for this how can i use this..

I am curious if you've tried simply omitting the dot.

More importantly, you should be advised that the AJAX Web Search API you're using has been deprecated and is now well past its shutdown date. It may be terminated at any time. Theredore, I would strongly advise you to NOT utilize it for mission-critical fubctionality.
