Request for Assistance: AdMob Account Access Recovery and New Registration Rejection

Dear Mobile Ads SDK Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to request assistance regarding my repeated attempts to register a new AdMob account, which have been consistently rejected. The rejection appears to be due to the fact that I previously owned an AdMob account.

Unfortunately, I can no longer access that old AdMob account because I have forgotten the associated password. Moreover, I am unable to recover the account through standard procedures since the phone number linked to it is no longer active or in my possession.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I might regain access to the old account or proceed with creating a new one under my current credentials. Please let me know if there are any verification steps I can follow to resolve this issue.

Olá anggonoutomo,

Lamento saber que está a ter dificuldades em aceder à sua conta AdMob antiga e em registar uma nova. Uma vez que não consigo aceder a informações de conta específicas ou realizar verificações de segurança, a melhor forma de resolver este problema é contactar diretamente o Suporte do Google AdMob.

Eles serão capazes de o orientar através dos passos de recuperação da conta ou de o ajudar com o processo de registo da nova conta.
