Set non-personalized ads in AdMob's dashboard

Hello,

Why does Google not offer an option in AdMob's dashboard to serve non-personalized ads by default?

I know that you can choose "technology providers" but why don't you offer controls in AdMob's dashboard to show only non-personalized ads?

Why is it necessary to make code changes to serve non-personalized ads? It could simply be done in AdMob's dashboard. Could you please offer such an option!?

Some users will not be able to update apps because their old phone doesn't support the latest iOS version. Also there are users who have disables automated updates and will not receive the latest version with the code changes that make the app show non-personalized ads. Also I have no option to show a message in old apps that users must update.

I know that you also need the consent message for non-personalized ads, but for those users who don't want to update or can't update, showing non-personalized ads would be better than nothing.

So please Google, offer an option in AdMob's dashboard to show non-personalized ads only!

I think there are no Google employees in the other forum, are there? So could you please forward my feedback to the responsible department? I'm sure many AdMob publishers would love to be able to activate non-personalized ads by default in their AdMob dashboard.
