As we are not able to reproduce the issue on our end with the creatives that we have, it would be really helpful if you could share the creative details or any possible details to reproduce the issue on our end so that we can bring this up with the rest of the team to investigate further. You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to share the details privately,

I work along with Deepika. Thank you for additional context. This seems to be an ad creative issue, as you've mentioned that it only happens on a number of particular ads. That said, I'm afraid that ad creative issues are out of scope on our team. We would recommend contacting our Product Support team as they are more equipped in handling creative issues.
