Unity AdMob No Fill Android/IOS

Hey,

I've 2 questions

1. BANNERS AND INTERSTITIAL

I intergrated admob with my Unity project about 2 months ago.
Everything was working perfectly. 

But, now something is wrong. When i requesting Banner or Interstitial AD this logs came out: 
- HandleFailedToReceiveAd event received with message: No fill
- HandleInterstitialFailedToLoad event received with message: No fill

I don't know what to do. 
I tried run sample project from Google Mobile ADS's github and there are the same errors!
I live in Europe so i tried add additional code: "AddExtra("npa", "1")", but this also didn't work.

Only REWARDED ADS fully works on Android, but not on IOS and below is second question regarding to this.

2. REWARDED AD ON IOS

When my program try request a Rewarded AD form AdMob this log is showing up:
Cannot find an ad network adapter with the name(s): com.google.ads.mediation.admob.AdMobAdapter. Remember to link all required ad network adapters and SDKs, and set -ObjC in the 'Other Linker Flags' setting of your build target.

HandleRewardBasedVideoFailedToLoad event received with message: Failed to receive ad with error: No ad returned from any ad server.


I tried manual method to integrate Admob with Xcode and automatical with Cocoapods, but it still doesn't work.


Everything was working (Banners, Interstitial) expect Rewarded AD.

ON ANDROID REWARDED AD ARE WORKING!


Summarizing:

- Now works only Rewarded ADS on ANDROID (on IOS have never worked)

- Now BANNERS, INTERSTITIAL on ANDROID AND IOS don't work


I hope you'll help me :D

Hi there,

As for the first concern, it sounds like an Ad serving issue as you are seeing the no fills. And, for the second issue, if you're using Cocoapods, try re-installing the frameworks again and re-importing the plugin. If you continue to have an issue with this, please provide us with the complete Device logs and sample project of your implementation so we can take a look further. I would suggest that you follow the instructions set here and you have to import the SDK and the Adapter into the Assets > iOS folder and then try to build. Also, could you try using the latest SDK version and see if the issue is still reproducible?

Please share your Ad unit Id with which you are seeing the no fills and also share the requested information using "Reply privately to Author" option to debug the issue on our end.

Hi there,

Thanks for sending your Ad unit Ids. For the first issue about no fill, I've tested your Ad unit Ids with our Sample apps and I was able to load ads without any issues. Can you try your Ad unit Id with our Sample apps and see if you are able to see the no fills? If you are able to load ads with our sample apps, then it might be the issue with your Package name and in such case, you would have to contact our Product Support team via this Help Forum and they will be able to assist you further.

And, as for the second issue, if you are mediating with UnityAds via the official Google Mobile Ads Unity plugin, you don't need to enable the UnityAds service in the Unity editor. Try disabling the UnityAds service, then re-build or re-import the Google Mobile Ads Unity plugin without the UnityAds service and see if the build error persists. Also, an important thing to make sure here to test your integration with UnityAds is by enabling test Ads on the Unity dashboard as per this section and set a higher eCPM value for UnityAds in your AdMob dashboard, wait for sometime and try loading ads again with the Ad Unit Id that is mediated with UnityAds only with a high eCPM value, then see if you can load test ads.

Hey,

And here's problem.
I tested official test ids on your Sample apps HelloWorld and i tested my ids. 

Banner showed up only once (on my ids), expect this case always is no fill (i mean all type of ADS Banner,interstitial etc) .

I run this app on 2 android phones (Huawei), in both cases no fill :(

Maybe is it because GDPR?

Hi Jacob,

Ad serving issues, mainly the no fills issues may occur for several reasons. Ad serving will not be effected by GDPR unless there is an issue with your Ad unit Id or Package name. I would suggest that you contact AdMob Product Support Team via this Help Forum as they are more equipped to provide support for Ad serving issues.

Hey,

I posted on Help Center.

This is really weird, i tested Hello World app etc. on 2 huawei phones - no fill error
Today i tried on Samsung, and it was working perfectly.

Regarding to REWARD ADS on IOS - i done what you suggested, but still the same log show up (this in first post)

It might be a device specific issue. Glad that you were able to see the ads on other device. For your second issue, can you please share the complete device logs and a sample project with your implementation with us to assist you further? What do you mean Package name/Bunde Id? 
Can i do something more on my hand to solve this problems?

I ended my game and this is last thing i need to solve.

Hi there,

Package Name/ Bundle Identifier is something that is assigned to each Android/ iOS app and you can look it up via these instructions. Let us know if changing it has any impact on the ads from served and we will have a look.

Hey,
I tried change it but still is no fill error :(

On Samsung and Altacet phone ad work but on Xiaomi, HUAWEI and iPhone they doesn’t work (no fill)

And still Rewarded AD on iOS doesn’t work (on android work).

Hi Jacob,

It might be a device specific issue. We would suggest that you reset the device and try again. For iOS, can you give another  try and load ads by turning off the Limit Ad Tracking to serve ads and see if that works? You should disable Limit Ad Tracking setting in your iPhone's settings under Privacy > Advertising > Reset your Advertising Identifier. Are you seeing the no fill with our test Ad unit Ids on those devices? As this is more of an Ad serving issue, we would suggest that you reach out to AdMob Product Support Team via this Help Forum for further assistance on this as they are the best fit for all serving related issues.

Hey,
so i reseted my Advertising ID on my Iphone - banner and interstitial started work again

But i done it on my Huawei p8 lite and it strill doesn't work :(

Regarding to Reward AD on IOS i tried your test IDs and my ids from AdMob (with mediation from Unity ADS) - still is the same log like in previous post -
