MoPub AdLoadFail Error code

Hi,

I am trying to load the MoPub Ads but it's not getting loaded, I want to check the error code which is causing the ad fail to load. I am following this reference documentation 

https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/mobile-ads-sdk/android/mediation/mopub#error_codes

In the documentation it's mentioned that we need to call the getResponseAdapter() method to get the List<AdapterResponseInfo>. But this method is not accessible like the way specified in the documentation by calling using the ResponseInfo class.

These are the version I am using for the MoPubAdapter:

com.mopub.mediation:admob:19.8.0.0

com.google.ads.mediation:mopub:5.15.0.1

Please help me in solving the issue.

Were you able to use Mediation Test Suite to test MoPub in your app? Also, could you please provide the following details via Reply privately to author option or send it directly to mobileads...@gmail.com?

• App ID
• Ad unit ID/s affected
• Error Code

Here are the details that you asked

AppId: com.gaana
Ad UnitId: /xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxx_xxx_xxx_xxxxxxx/xxxxx_xxx_xxx_xxxxxxx_xxx
Error Code: trying to get the error code but not able to get the AdLoadFail Callback.

I am not able to use Mediation Test Suite.

Hi,

I am trying to get the Error logs only as mentioned in the documentation https://developers.google.com/ad-manager/mobile-ads-sdk/android/mediation/mopub#error_codes using ResponseInfo.getAdapterResponse(), but I am not able to call the method getAdapterResponse() directly. Need to make a ResponseInfo instance but that required some parameter that I am not able to recognize.

Thank you for the response back. I work along with Princess and will be helping you today. In looking over the thread, I would ask if you have looked at this document, which talks about the responseInfo. Also if you can share via "Reply to author" button with a simple sample we will be able to look more into this.
