admob payment page not loading

Dear sir,

Hope all goes well and you are good too.

Sir, my payment page is not loading from last 3 to 4 days. I have tried on different devices and browsers also changed the cookies settings as mentioned in community help.

But nothing worked. For testing I logged in my friends account in a same device and that was opening fine. Dear sir kindly help me to fix out this issue as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response.  When I  click on payment page attached is the error message I am getting. But I have allow cookies already.
