AppOpenAd video auto-plays

Hi team,
Upon completion of AppOpenAd loading on iOS, the ad video unexpectedly auto-plays in full screen.
The present function (GADAppOpenAd.present) has not yet been invoked.
Is there a way to prevent the ad from automatically playing in full screen mode?

I use test ad unit ID for app open ads (ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/5662855259).
SDK version is 9.1.0.

For us to better visualize the behavior reported, can you provide us a screen recording of it so we can further check it in our end? Also, you may check this article for App open ad guidance (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9341964?hl=en&sjid=3992385330747882246-AP). In addition to that, as per the documentation (https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/app-open) guide, it was expected that the App open ads will display in full screen mode, as the following callbacks are for Full screen content.

Hi team, 

Thanks for your response. I've attached a video showcasing an issue with the sample app I'm using: this repo

 I commented out 'showAdIfAvailable' to focus on the 'load' method behavior in the AppOpenAdManager class. The video shows a full-screen ad starting automatically after a successful load. Can we avoid this so that the ad and video only display when 'showAdIfAvailable' is called post-load?

Thank you for reporting this to us. I tried our sample and I didn't encounter the reported (please see attached screen recording). With that, could you please provide more details on how you trigger the reported behavior on your end?

• Is the issue reliably reproducible on your end? If so, could you share a Charles Log (https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/getting-started/) - Instructions (https://support.google.com/admanager/answer/6206401?hl=en) capturing the ad?
• SDK version
• Device version

Thank you for your confirmation. 

I've tried several times since then, but I can no longer reproduce the issue. If it happens again, I will let you know and provide information such as the Charles Log.
