I have the also received this mail two times i appeal on google play 2 times first time they reject my appeal and then i appeal again on play store for reinstate on play store then they accepted i think that is why i received AdMob policy violation mail two times.But now i clear my all issues and violations on play store but my Ad serving is disabled. can you tell me why my Ad serving is disabled? And i also check AdMob policy center they Show me this message and when i click on "Fix in Google play" they open a appeal page.I already send appeals two to three times they accept my appeal but AdMob can not Enable Ad serving in my App.

Can you tell me how to resolve this issue?

We understand your concern. However, we cannot support anything not related to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK.

It's best to wait for the response of the AdMob Product Support Team, for as they are more equipped to handle account related concerns.
