Hello,

I got "Reason for warning: Violation of Usage of Android Advertising ID policy and section 4.8 of the Developer Distribution Agreement" warning from play store today morning. I have used 6 permission in Android Manifest file and i have not ask for any personal information from the user. I have used google admob dependency. Please see below details for permission and advertisement dependency.

implementation 'com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:15.0.1'

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />

<uses-permission android:name="com.android.alarm.permission.SET_ALARM" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" />

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK" />

How to solve this issue?

Please note that our team (Mobile Ads SDK Team) can mainly assist you on the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. Thus, when integrating with the Mobile Ads SDK, you are not required to explicitly specify any permission requests in your Android Manifest. Even our guide and our sample app doesn't state any required permission requests.

However, given that your concern is more about the policy violation warning you received from Play Store, it's best to reach out to the Google Play developer support team regarding this.
