AdMob Requests vs Impressions rate

Hi,

I am curious as to the Impressions vs Request rates of ads in my app. 

The impressions I receive are only about 2.5% of the total matched requests. (195 requests, matched 100%, but only 5 impressions). Something seems wrong as there is huge difference. I have my code where I call the ad in the following stackoverflow question. Could you please tell me if I am calling ads wrong, or is this impression rate normal?

If you have any concerns with regards to the performance, statistics and/or revenue of your ads, then it would be best for you to contact our Product Support Team since they are more equipped to shed some light on these types of concerns.

If you are not able to access the link which I have provided and not seeing the Contact Us, then that could be because your AdMob account falls under this category (earning less than $25 a week). If that is the case, I'd suggest that you use the AdMob Help Center or this page for further assistance on this issue. You need to login to your account to see the Contact Us button.
