Admob mediation applovin ads not showing

Hi. I'm trying to add ad mediation to my app, but having some issues. Here what I did:

   AdMob ads work perfectly.

   I installed AppLovin SDK, update the AndroidManifest, Initialize the SDK in the start of the app.

   in AdMob added mediation group.

Here is my questiion:

1) In Applovin (Rewarded): Configure ad units  For what the Placement and how it is works?

2) Do I need to change/add scripts for mediation?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have a Applovin mediation implementation guideline and I would first suggest that you go through it and see if you are missing any steps. Begin with our sample app, integrate their SDK and Adapter, add Applovin as your mediation network in the Ad Unit ID and then request ads on your device. If you are unable to receive any, check the device logs and also share this with us and we will have a look. You can also share your Ad Unit ID for us to debug this. 

Fro this concern - 

1) In Applovin (Rewarded): Configure ad units For what the Placement and how it is works?

The link that I have provided must be able to guide you for this.

2) Do I need to change/add scripts for mediation?

You don't need to change anything except, import the Adapter, SDK and declare the Activity in the Manifest.

Hi Deepika, I am unable to find "Placements" section as described in guideline from Applovin page.

Hi there,

As mentioned in our AppLovin Mediation Guide, there should be an option under the Placements section of the Manage Apps page to add placements for all supported Ad Formats. Placement is optional and you can skip this if Applovin has removed it from their dashboard. Complete the remaining steps in the guideline and you must be able to mediate ads from Applovin. You would need the SDK Key from Applovin's Settings page and give the Package Name of your app that was added via your Applovin's dashboard. This would be enough to mediate ads from Applovin.

You need to first setup initialize your app on Applovin by first calling this. Once this is done and your app is registered via Applovin's dashboard, you would be able to monetize ads via their Ad Network. Once you are able to register your app via our SDK to Applovin, you must be able to load ads. Let us know if you still continue to have issues.
