+ 1 000 ads requests but 0% fill rate since several weeks

Hi, It's been several weeks that my ads are getting a 0% fillrate. All my other apps dont have this issue. This problem happened during the development of the app  so i'm wondering if it's related that one of the developer didn't have a test-device.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

 

With regards to your concern, kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server (E.g: AdMob), and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue/ fill rate concern which is out of scope to our team. That said, we would recommend raising this to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this.

Thank you for your answer. I already posted 3 times in the Admob community forum and nobody was able to fix the problem. 
Also the form to contact the tech suppport of admob is not working for me, so i'm stuck with the forum. 

All my apps get impression so the problem must be with the package name triggering something.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles in contacting our Product Support team. However, our team is unable to assist you due to the nature of your issue that is anything related to fill rate / match rate of your app as it is out of the scope of our team. Also, requesting an ad to unpublished app greatly affects your fill rate. What we can recommend for now is to try submitting the form every 2 to 3 hours. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.
