Ads not showing in production

Hi. I uploaded my android app on play store. The ads have not shown up yet, I published it on September 12. In development stage, I had use test ads for testing banner visuals and its working fine1. What should I do to make it work on real ads? What am I missing?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. The next thing we would suggest is to make sure that you have linked your app to your admob account. Without this you will not receive ads. Also we suggest to check out this article as it can cause delays in newer apps. At the same time, you can also contact our Product Support Team , as they have more access to tools that can help resolve this for you.

I have linked my app to my admob account few hours ago after I receive your reply. How long will it take to completely approve or receive a response via email?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I work with William and will be assisting you on this. If you just linked your app to your AdMob account you need to wait for an hour up to 24hrs before checking if the ads are now showing in your app. Can you check if the ads are now showing to your app after you've done linking? If the ads are still not showing, could you please provide the following details via Reply privately to author option or send it directly to mobileads...@gmail.com? Kindly inform us on this thread if you sent it directly to the email provided.

• App ID
• Ad unit ID/s affected
• App store link
