Unexpected error [OR-IDGRA-01]

Hi,

When trying to add payment information to the account, I get 'An unexpected error has occurred [OR-IDGRA-01]'.

This happens whether I try to add via AdMob or AdSense.

Does anybody know what this error is and how It can be fixed, really want to use AdMob for monetization.

We appreciate that you chose AdMob for your app monetization and we want to make your integration as seamless as possible. However, this forum (Google Mobile Ads SDK forum) can only cater to your technical concerns specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK to integrate AdMob Ads into your app. 

Luckily, we have the AdMob Help forum that caters to your account and payment related concerns. Please raise these concerns on that forum instead. Additionally, you may also reach out to our Product Support Team.

Many thanks for replying promptly.

Unfortunately we have attempted to reach out to the AdMob support as have several others with the same issue but the only response we get back is to try a different browser, which several people including ourselves have tried.

Do you have any further recommendations as we are yet to find a way of reporting an issue and without getting this fixed we cannot use AdMob. It appears email support is only available for those with an income of $25 but can't get income until it is set up. A bit of a cache 22 situation.
