Reward Video not showing

I am trying to implement reward ads with Unity and everything runs but no video is being shown.  These 3 logs always show everytime.  I have the latest version of Unity 2018.2.9.f1 and I downloaded the latest plugin v3.15.1

Am I just missing something?  I am using the test ads as well provided by google.  I tried it in the unity editor and deploying to my phone neither work.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

Do you mean to say that even one of our sample Rewarded Ad Unit Ids is failing to load on your end? This is odd because you should be able to load test ads using our sample Ad Unit ids.

That said, please note that if you are trying to serve Rewarded Ads in your Android app, you should have Google PlayStore installed in your Android device because most of these ads are App Install Ads that directs the user to the PlayStore. Could you confirm this? 

For us to narrow down the root cause of the issue, could you provide to us the following information?
  • Could you test with our HelloWorld sample app and see if the issue is reproducible?
  • Could you capture the complete device logs, particularly the error logs when ads failed to load via the Ad events?
