Kindly note that we are only able to assist you using the English language, so feel free to correct us if we misunderstood your concern.

That said, are you saying that ads in your application stopped showing after 30 minutes? If so, then may we request the affected Ad Unit Ids, as well as any warning/error logs (preferably from Ad Events) shown on the console when the ads failed to load? Please use the Reply Privately to Author option when providing us with these information.

Regarding your screenshot, the "Not Applicable" message you are seeing simply states that the Ad Format you are using is not supported for Frequency Capping. It should not affect Ad Serving in any way.
