Our app has successfully passed the review process and is currently listed in a "Ready" state. However, we have encountered a significant challenge during our testing phase in Xcode.

Each time we attempt to request ads, we are met with a "request error," accompanied by the code = 1, which suggests there are "no ad to show." This problem is of considerable concern to us as it not only hinders the display of ads within our app but also potentially impacts our revenue generation capabilities.

Hi,

Kindly be advised that we have received your details on a separate thread. Please continue the discussion in this current thread.

We ran the Google Sample Application and we were able to load the ads successfully with the provided details.

Could you kindly confirm that you have pasted the correct ID? As of now, I am only able to observe one impression. Given the additional information that even the test IDs are not functioning, it is probable that there is a fault within the underlying codebase.

Kindly refer to the accompanying documentation for integrating app open advertisements. If the issue still persists, would you please share your Sample project with us so that we may examine the implementation?

If the file(s) you are looking to share are less than 25mb in total you can attach them to this case on your next reply. If you are having trouble attaching your file to this case or if your file(s) are larger than 25mb, kindly provide requested information to us via reply privately to author option or using the steps below:

Subject: Re: App Open Ad Implementation Issue - [com.playland. ai] iOS App

Dear Mobile Ads SDK Forum Advisor,

Thank you for your guidance and assistance.  I wanted to confirm that we have double-checked the ID used, and it is indeed accurate.  After further testing, we have identified that our issue specifically occurs in our iOS version of the app, while the Android version operates as expected.

Oddly enough, using our iOS app's bundle id (`com.playland.ai`) seems to be the crux of the problem when attempting to display test ads;  altering to a different bundle id miraculously resolves the issue, with all ads displaying normally.  We have meticulously reviewed our implementation and source code for any potential errors but found none.

For transparency and easier debugging, our problematic app version is directly accessible through the Apple App Store at:
[PlayLand AI - Soulful Chat](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/playland-ai-soulful-chat/id6478513539)

This specific version previously showcased ads without issues, but it currently fails to do so.  Additionally, employing the identical bundle id within the official AdMob SDK iOS 11.1.0 demo also replicates the lack of ad display, underscoring the bundle id as a potential contributing factor.

Warm regards,
HongKong Sugar team

Hi HongKong Sugar team,

I'm deleting the thread since you accidentally shared some private info in it while raising an issue (app ID: ca-app-pub-204xxxxxxxxxxx15~61xxxxxxx9 and ad unit ID: ca-app-pub-20xxxxxxxxxxx15/93xxxxxx4).

I have performed the execution of our Google Sample Project with your bundle ID and am unable to load the ads on my end. The issue can be attributed to the bundle ID. I have observed that the error "No ad to show" appears with your bundle ID. Upon further investigation, this seems to be a serving issue rather than something specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. The next step for you would be reach out to the Product Support Team as they are better equipped to address your concern and provide further assistance.
