How can I reach out to the Technical Account Manager (TAM)?

I signed up ADMOB for 'Native Ad type' But it was a beta service.

So I wanted to join the beta program, and I found a post in the search results, contacting the Technical Account Managers(TAM).

However, the link in the post was a link to the Help page. Not a link to the Technical Account Managers(TAM).

My app is currently being sold in the App Store and lots of people are using it.

I really hope to use the ‘ Native Ad type’. 

How can I contact Technical Account Manager (TAM)?

As this forum can only provide support to technical questions specific to the implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK, it will be best to reach out to the AdMob Product Support Team via the different Contact Us options in the upper right hand corner of the AdMob Help Center as they are the appropriate team to assist you on this. Otherwise, you can watch out for this feature to be made available to all publishers at the conclusion of the beta. Also, you can keep an eye on our blog and the Release Notes for future updates.

Thank you for your reply message.

But i can't find 'Contact Us' option from upper right hand corner of the AdMob Help Center.

There is only link to ADMOB's dashboard. Am I the only one that looks like this?

I'm afraid those are the only channels of contact for the Product Support Team. If you can't access any of the Contact Us options in the Help Center page, then probably you are under this category of publishers. If so, then I suggest that you watch out for this feature to be made available to all publishers at the conclusion of the beta or keep an eye on our blog and the Release Notes for future updates.

Hey Ivan,

alright... so I have a brand new app (not even released yet) and thought I'd like to use native Ads (my designer made them look super cool). But basically we can't yet use those native-ads, right? We have to release the first version of the app with default (not so nice looking) ads, wait for steady ad-revenue and then we'll be able to contact you about native ads... 

It this information correct?

Hi Georg,

I'm afraid the Native Advanced Ad is in a closed beta and is only available to selected publishers. Releasing the app or not will not necessarily guarantee to get you into the program. As much as we would like to make this feature available to all publishers, we still don't have a definite timeline for it.
