用iPhone打开插页式广告的时候无法播放视频广告

我的设备是iPhone XS Max，iOS12.1.3，当用户分享文章后弹出全屏的插页式广告，图片广告可以正常显示，但是有视频的广告会一直卡住无法播放，且倒计时（5秒）无法正常倒数，只能杀掉App进程重新开启应用才能使用

Thank you for reaching out to us, however, please note that we can only respond to you in the English language. 

Do you mean to say that the Interstitial Ads being loaded in your iPhone XS Max device seems to be frozen and cannot be played as well as the count down timer? 

If my assumption is correct, then this might be related to an issue that is being actively worked on by the team that is reproducible in iPhone X and XS devices. For us to verify, could you provide the following information to add with our investigation?

Hi Yuze,

Thank you for providing the information requested.

There is a fix already in place related to the behavior you encounter in the iPhone XS Max device. However, we have no definite timelines for its release so we suggest that you keep an eye on our Release Notes for future updates.

For the meantime, please make sure that you are preloading the ad in advance which should help mitigate the issue. You may refer to the best practices guide particularly under "Allow for adequate loading time" section.
