Having some trouble verifying app-ads.txt file

Hi there,

I've been trying for about a month to get  my app validated to serve ads via AdMob. My app is built/deployed using React Native through Expo.

My original business site is www.skillprofile.com - it redirects to www.skill-profile.com which is a react site.

It is hosted on Apache at GoDaddy - I've setup htaccess to allow app-ads.txt through and redirect all other traffic. 
When I hit the link in the browser it seems to work everytime.

My Android app seems to work ok but the iOS version keeps saying "Needs Review" - when I  verify it seems to always fail.

I feel like I've tried everything. Can someone help?
