My App Suddenly Stopped Showing Ads About Some Days

i figured something like my app not showing ads as before but i did not able find out why its happening and how to fix it. an screenshot of my ads report is attached below.

please help me anyone.

Hi there,

It looks like there is an issue with your Package Name but to confirm that, can you try to load ads with your Ad Unit ID using our sample apps without updating the Package Name? If ads are served, then test with your Package Name. If no ads are served with your Package Name, then it's a serving issue and I would suggest that you contact our AdMob Product Support team. Make sure to send them your Package Name and Ad Unit ID(s). If ads are being served even with your Package Name, then do share your Ad Unit ID and we will have a look.

Hi Dipee,
I tested with sample apps and its showing ads with my ad unit and when i renamed my package  and its also showing ad but why my live app with real package name not showing??? If you suggest me, oh dear change your package and you are ready to go. but one problem is that newly changed package name is not allow to update on play store. so how can i fix that?? Please help me.

Hi Enam, 

Thanks for verifying. If you are not able to load ads with your old Package Name, then there might be an issue with that. As mentioned in my previous response, I would suggest that you contact our AdMob Product Support team. Make sure to send them your Package Name and Ad Unit ID(s) and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

I Am unable to send the appeal etc because I haven't received email notification with issue id. 

My Ads stopped showing in my android app that's was showing earlier.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share the Ad unit Ids, app link if it is live in playstore and complete device logs, and Charles logs after testing your Ad unit Ids with our sample apps. It will help us to debug the issue further. You can use "Reply Privately to Author" option to send the details privately.

My ads stopped showing in my android app. I launched my app on 6th june .The ads were showing properly till 11th june. But after that,now there is no ad showing. I dont know what to do . Please reply asap. The link of my app is-

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have downloaded your app and I am seeing live ads on your app without any issues. I'm testing this from NewYork. It might be an ad serving issue as you are not seeing ads on your app from your location. I would suggest that you reachout to AdMob Product Support Team through Google AdMob Help Community or via this trouble shooter as they are more equipped and capable in handling these kind of issues.

 This is an ad serving issue as it is related to impressions and Ad performance. I would suggest that you reachout to AdMob Product Support Team through Google AdMob Help Community or via this trouble shooter  as they are more equipped and capable in handling these kind of issues.

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you please share your Ad unit Id and complete device logs using "Reply Privately to Author" option for us to take a look? Before that, can you try your Ad unit Ids  with our sample apps once and see if you are able to load ads? Please make sure that you enable test device  while testing. When you enable test mode and test your Ad unit Ids with our sample apps , you will see a production looking ad with a "Test Ad" label and that confirms that your Ad unit Ids are working.
