Hello Google, I have implemented rewarded video ad format in my app, its working fine with google provided Sample AD UNIT ID. But when i replace with My Rewarded Ad Unit Id the ads are not loading.

My game is developing and haven't published on Google Play. When i try with other reward ad unit id, which published on Google Play, I receive video ads. This problem is my app haven't published on Google Play ???

My app package : xxxxx.xxx.xxxxx

My app id : ca-app-pub-xxxxxx~xxxxx

My add id : ca-app-pub-xxxxxx/xxxx

@Google Mobile Ads SDK Team, please help me to fix it, I need test My Rewarded Ad Unit Id before publish app to Google Play.

I deleted and reposted the forum post which contains sensitive information like Ad Unit IDs. Please refrain from posting this on public forum.

This said, thank you for sharing the details. Error code: 3 is usually experienced when there is no ad returned from the ad server. I was able to load ads by testing your Ad Unit ID and package name with our sample apps. If your app is not published in the Play store, you might have lower fill rates which explains the no fill issue.

My app is under development and haven't published on Play Store. Test Ad Unit works perfectly but my Add Unit shows "No Fill From Ad Server", "Failed to load ad: 3"

I want to test my app with test ads with my App Unit ID

Hello Gorang, 

Error code: 3 is usually experienced when there is no ad returned from the ad server. Could you share your Ad Unit ID, so I can test it on my end? Are you able to load ads by enabling your device as a test device with your Ad Unit ID? You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.

Thank you for sharing the details privately. I was able to load ads by testing your Ad Unit ID with our sample apps. If the application is not published to the Play store, it is possible that you might have low fill rates which explains the no fill issue. You will be able to check with the AdMob Product Support team, if you can use this Ad Unit ID for your application. You can contact them by posting your concern on the Product Help Forum.
