AdMob Ad Settings

if I have selected all the ad technology partners to work with AdMob how does it work if a user turns off personalized ads does, admob foward this information to the other ad technology partners ?  before I use to only put this link (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) in my privacy policy for my app but ever since GDPR came out they posted all the privacy policys to all the other ad technology partners, would I be fine just leaving googles link (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) like I had before or should I add all the other ad technologys partners links to my privacy policy ?(its alot)  need some clarification on how the ad technology partners work with ad mob thanks to anyone who can help me. if it would be enough to just keep googles link since im using AdMob( but they are working with other ad technology partners so im not sure ?)
