delay serving ad

Hi!

7 days ago, my app on iOS (App Id: 1572261185) was reported "ads and content overlap"
after submit for a review I got an email with content like this 

"We’ve completed reviewing your app and no policy violations were found."

but now Admob still delay serving ads.

What can I do for ads serving again.

I work along with Princess. Allow me to assist you in this.

I've tried your Ad Unit ID on our sample app, and I'm consistently getting a no fill error which mean that there is no available ads as of the moment. Since you mentioned that you account was previously reported for "ads and content overlap", and you already made necessary adjustment to your app, then we recommend to wait 48 to 72 hours for ads to fill again into your app.

I waited over 7 days when I got confirm " We’ve completed reviewing your app and no policy violations were found ".

Thank you for all the information. Looking over the thread so far, we have a few questions to ask about this. 
  1. Have you tested and gotten the ads before pushing to live?
  2. If yes, then this indicates that your implementation is fine.
  3. If not, then we would ask for a simple sample to test against.
  4. Just want to also check are the ads showing and just delayed/limited, or no ads at all? Were they fine at release?
  5. If showing but limited/delayed, this can happen to newer apps and takes time to clear out of the system
  6. If no ads due to the complaint? Then it would appear to be an account issue.
If you answer yes to all the above issues? This would point to the fact that something on the back end is not working properly for you or is being limited for you. To handle this we would suggest contacting our Product Support Team , as they have access to more account based tools and information. And can correct if something has not been fixed.

Yes, I have tested on iOS simulator and gotten all the test ads before pushing to live. 
In other hand, ads should show for Review team so they can confirm " We’ve completed reviewing your app and no policy violations were found ".

They also said: "Although no policy violations were found in your app, please note that if ad serving to your app was temporarily restricted, there may be a delay before ads begin appearing again. We appreciate your patience."

As Teejay said wait 48 to 72 hours for ads to fill again, but now is 8 days pass.

It's difficult to know what problem.

Since the issue here is more on ad serving rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK, then we would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team as the product specialists there can better assist you in this.

Hi Max-BlueS,

Thank you for the response. In everything that I am reading, this would definitely seem like something that Product Support can help you with. I know it has been 8 days. It might be possible that the system never corrected itself. That's why you have not yet received ads, which is what I think happened. The Product team should be able to correct this then.
