Garmin body measures and HRV data

    I don't know if that is specially useful to anyone except me, but I have all my data into Garmin ecosystem (weight, body fat, HRV, etc.) and I never found a way to download body data and HRV.  To solve that, I created a small straightforward python script that logs in my Garmin account, download the data and outputs a csv in a way that Golden Cheetah can understand.

    It works fine in the

    It works fine with my data.  If anyone finds an error, or thinks about any other feature, let me know and let's update it.

I though about adding custom Python downloaders to GC (https://github.com/GoldenCheetah/GoldenCheetah/issues/3718), but never implemented it.

I tried to download your script, but its in Jupyter Notebook as it looks to me. And I am unable to make it work. Is there any guide as how to implement this?
