Black Lives Matter question

Sorry for this being a little off topic but unlike the media which thinks with the heart, programmers tend to think with their head. I want to believe in the idea of "systemic police racism" over blaming all police for a few bad cops. Since this group supports the idea of "systemic police racism", my question is where can I find the facts that suggest "systemic police racism" is true?

Please don't start a discussion because I only want to see the facts for myself. I will only read short simple responses and better would be a trusted website. 

Here are some facts I collected. I analyzed the FBI and CDC databases but they show violence, fear, distrust and disrespect from both sides instead of racism. Murder arrests (not a white privilege crime) are 5 times as many blacks as whites (by group population). The media report facts to prove "systemic police racism" such as police kill 4.9 times as many blacks as whites (by group population) but never mention that in a "police / suspect" situation, 68 times as many police officers die as blacks (by group population). No one mentions that we could save more than 7,000 black men each year killed by gun by outlawing firearms. 

From the Washington Post, totals for 2015 to 2019

  4.9 unarmed Black men per million by police 
  1.1 unarmed Hispanic men per million by police
  1.0 unarmed White men per million by police

From my calculations for 2015 to 2019

  331 police officers feloniously murdered per million
  1,952 black male murder victims per million

  1,590 black male murder victims by gun per million
  188 white male murder victims per million

 Arrests: Murder and nonnegligent manslaughter

  5,025 black     46%     (115 per million   68%)
  4,188 white     38%     (21 per million   12%)
  1,462 hispanic     13%     (24 per million   14%)
  255 other     2%     (10 per million   6%)

Arrests: Weapons; carrying, possessing, etc.
  56,143 black     37%     (1,286 per million   60%)

  68,787 white     46%     (347 per million   16%)
  23,125 hispanic     15%     (385 per million   18%)
  3,079 other     2%     (117 per million   5%)

Arrests: Rape
  5,182 black     24%     (119 per million   44%)
  12,187 white     56%     (61 per million   23%)
  3,787 hispanic     17%     (63 per million   23%)

694 other     3%     (26 per million   10%)

Arrests: Aggravated assault
  101,513 black     28%     (2,325 per million   48%)
  188,087 white     52%     (949 per million   20%)
  61,107 hispanic     17%     (1,017 per million   21%)
  13,341 other     4%     (508 per million   11%)

Arrests: Violent crime
  151,744 black     31%     (3,476 per million   53%)
  236,590 white     49%     (1,193 per million   18%)
  79,078 hispanic     16%     (1,316 per million   20%)
  15,902 other     3%     (606 per million   9%)

Graphically, this shows that for violent crimes, Hispanics and whites are similar but blacks are significantly higher.
