Hello,

Is anyone in this group going to be at the Archives research room tomorrow? Somebody from Panjim  or any other area too.

A fellow researcher John Marshal is picking up some CD's I had ordered for my work but unfortunately he has to travel out of Goa the same morning at short notice due to an emergency. He will be back in Goa only end of the month, but I need these now.

So he needs to hand over the CD's to somebody before going out.

I wonder if he can give the same to somebody there and then I can coordinate with a friend to pickup at a later date please?

Else will try work out another way to do this.

They can be collected  by your friends

whenever they pass by.

Dear Marise,

That is really kind of you!

I completely forgot about Alliance Francaise, where I did know the director decades ago and had a few interactions.

I will instruct John Marshal to drop it there, so that he can then leave for Kerala in the morning. He is staying tonight only because the person who deals with the CD deliveries... did not turn up today! 

So he wants to ensure that my CD's are picked up.

I had arranged him to go to Santa Cruz to my uncle's place but yours is a better arrangement.

A friend of mine from Margao or a member of the Goa Philatelic group will pick it up soon.
