Just came across, again,, a copy of this festschrift to the late Dr Teotonio R de Souza (which he also shared via Scribd.PT and academia.edu) and am sure he would have liked others to read the essays it contains. Attached. FN

Frederick Noronha, I like your use of ‘meta’ !

Now it is the bane of a hi-tech parent company. 

In my day, I studied with the best ‘systems’ theorists. 

Meta theory was a key concept. 

One of the original books:

David Easton, ‘The Political System’. 

I was his doctoral student full-time for 3 yrs.. 

He coined that, & the words r used routinely today. 

If u r a free member of goodreads, or U. of Goa online  libraries, (I am sure u r, as u pioneered much in Goa), u can read the book free online, or download to hard drive to read later over time.
