Some mix up here. These are entirely different organisations (even though the term 'Wiki' is common to both).
Wikipedia (along with sister projects like Wikidata, Wikimedia Commons, and Wikisource under the Wikimedia Foundation)  have very differing approaches, purposes and goals from WikiLeaks.
Wikimedia projects are collaborative, community-edited platforms that aim to compile, verify and freely share knowledge based on reliable, published sources, following editorial policies like neutrality and verifiability.
On the other hand, WikiLeaks is a publishing platform focused on releasing confidential or classified documents—often obtained through leaks—to expose hidden information. WikiLeaks doesn't focus on collaborative editing or traditional source vetting. Because they have exposed powerful governments (and military action), they've got into trouble for this, as seen in the many year jailing of Julian Assange (following a "sexual misconduct" investigation by Sweden lasting some 8-9 years, and for charges under the Espionage Act and related by the US, later resolved in a plea deal).
Wikipedia will share material in cases where its copyright holders agree to share it (e.g. photographs, encyclopaedia entries, etc) or where the copyright has expired. FN

DID YOU KNOW THAT? “Wiki” comes from the Hawaiian word “wiki” meaning “quick,” and Wikipedia gets its name from combining this idea of fast, collaborative editing with “encyclopedia.” Also: If we write to fast, we might create a WikiError.
