Agent assigned but task is not executiong

Hello everyone,

one of my go-cd pipe is remain in schedule state , agent is assigned though but task is not initializing.

i have checked the server connectivity from agent to GO server and vice versa, all looks fine.

please share your thoughts.

Hi, 

do you really see that a dedicated agent has been assigned in the upper right corner of the job view? Is the pipeline new? Did you enable the pipeline in the environments first?

Yes, the agent is assigned.

this is not the new pipeline it was working from last 2 years and suddenly start behaving like this.

i have found some batch scripts at agent installation folder like agent,start agent agent,stop agent etc... i have tried running these.

and Now i have started seeing the error  below, dont it is because of that 

has invalid cookie; nested exception is com.thoughtworks.go.server.service.AgentWithDuplicateUUIDException:

Please help on this.

I've never seen such a error message before, but maybe re-registering helps.I think deleting the GUID file and approving the agent again may help.
