SSL Issue in windows go-cd agent 17.2

am getting "SSL Certificate problem: unable to get local issuer" while cloning bitbucket

in Powershell able to clone.., while running gocd pipeline getting error.

any Idea on this issue..

It sounds to me that user running pipeline does not have access to bitbucket.

I had similar issue when running gocd in docker, where I solved it by creating keys and mapping them to /gohome/.ssh folder.
