Elastic Profile in GoCD groovy pipeline

Hi All

I'm trying to use elasticProfileId in the same way as mentioned in here: `https://github.com/gocd/pr-pipelines-workflow/blob/master/.gocd/build.gocd.groovy` 

Here is my code snippet, for some reason it doesn't take any effect and I do not receive any request to launch the instance in the console output that we normally see with elastic profiles. 

Wondering what's going on and causing this ? any suggestions please?,
