Error with missing Git branch

I created a Config repo pointed to a Git test branch. Since then I have merged that branch into master and deleted the branch. Now GoCD is giving an error message about an unknown revision. I tried removing the configuration and adding it back and restarting GoCD, but I think it is stuck in the database. How do I resolve this error or completely remove the pipeline configs from GoCD?
