Can I clone repositories using https://X...@ec2-54-147-89-189.compute-1.amazonaws.com/XponentGroup/ instead of single Repository https://X...@ec2-54-147-89-189.compute-1.amazonaws.com/XponentGroup/RA.git

No. git clone requires repository as argument. You have to specify a repository. See https://git-scm.com/docs/git-clone

You could use Git Submodules to check-out multiple repositories at once, you can do this by making some sort of parent repository.
